Factory Partners

Building a Resilient Supply Chain

We partner with a carefully chosen global network of suppliers to foster growth and collaboration, striving for good environmental, social, and governance (ESG) compliance practices. Some suppliers hold accreditation from the Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production (WRAP) and Amfori Business Social Compliance Initiative (BSCI), and we are proactively supporting all of our suppliers' compliance certification processes.

Environmental Footprint Reaching Net-Zero

We work closely with suppliers to minimize environmental impact throughout our operations and value chain. We aim to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions in Scope 1, 2, and 3. As part of our commitment to sustainability, we added seven new suppliers in 2023 who use alternative energy sources, including solar and wind power.

Working Conditions Promoting health and safety

It is crucial that all the workers of our suppliers receive a living wage and essential Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) protections. While some of our suppliers are certified by the Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production (WRAP) and the Social & Labor Convergence Program (SLCP), we are ensuring that all suppliers uphold and maintain international labor standards.

RESPONSIBLE SOURCING

Raw Materials

We are working towards sourcing more low-impact raw materials from preferred sources. Some of our suppliers have certifications such as Global Organic Textile Standard(GOTS), Organic Content Standard(OCS) from Textile Exchange, and OEKO-TEX.

Recycled Fabric

We are exploring ways to replace virgin material with recycled alternatives when possible, aiming to maximize the longevity of the materials used in our products. ~~Our Softlyzero Eco Collection, for example, comprises 79% recycled polyester.~~ Some suppliers hold certifications such as the Global Recycled Standard(GRS) and the Recycled Claim Standard (RCS) from Textile Exchange.

Minimizing Waste

We see waste as an opportunity. We have practices in place to extend our products' lifespan. One example is that we make scrunchies from leftover fabric, preventing 4.5 tons of fabric from ending up in landfills since our inception.
